What is included in the corporate apartment?
Custom Corporates furnishes every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We provide everything from furniture to housewares, linens to home electronics. Housekeeping, basic utilities, local telephone, and cable television are also provided in every residence.

I will be arriving late; will someone be there to greet me?
Yes, unless you have pre-arranged for a late entrance.

Do I have to come to your office to sign the lease?
No, this can be handled via fax or overnight mail.

Where are your locations?
We can accommodate you in most major cities. Currently, we have availability in the most prestigious areas of Nashville, and Central and South Florida.

If I sign the lease can my company be invoiced?
Yes, we would be happy to invoice your company.

How do I make a reservation?
Just call or e-mail us and we will take care of the rest.

What are your prices?
Custom Corporates prices vary by location and size, as well as your customized requests. We price each unit on a daily basis to allow for a comparison to hotel costs. Please see our rate comparison page.

How do I pay for my corporate accommodations?
We will send you a monthly statement. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as personal or company checks. Corporate billing may also be arranged. .

What is included in the cost?
Everything. Your monthly invoice includes the cost of the rental accommodations, all furnishings, utilities, local telephone and cable television. Monthly housekeeping service is standard. Additional charges that may be incurred are long distance phone charges, weekly housekeeping, special services, and any customized furnishing you may request.

Do you allow pets?
We work with a number of communities that are pet friendly. We must know in advance if you have any pets, as well as the size and the number of your pets. Be advised that pet premiums and deposits are often required, and usually are non-refundable.

Will I have a security deposit?
Yes, your security deposit will vary dependent upon your housing needs. In most cases, your security deposit will be fully refundable.

Will my apartment be near shopping and entertainment?
We find that our clients consider location to be important. Therefore, most of our residences are convenient for shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

How will I find my “new home”?
We will e-mail, mail, or fax easy-to-follow directions for you.

Will I have a washer and dryer in my home?
Yes. Full size washer and dryer will be included in your home.

Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, the minimum is 90 days. However, we attempt to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis for any length of stay greater than 30 days.

What size apartments do you have available?
Custom Corporates offers a wide selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, condominiums and townhomes, based on the location you select. The size of the floor plans vary, however, we always offer the most spacious apartments. If you have a special request for a floor plan or level, please let us know.

Do you have any private homes?
Yes, we can offer a fully furnished private residence with a minimum one-year lease.

What amenities are offered at your apartments?
Depending on where you may choose to stay, you may find on-site fitness centers; business centers; Internet access; swimming pool; spa; tennis court; indoor basketball court; volleyball courts; conference centers; child play areas; restaurants; concierge services; theaters; valet dry-cleaning; golf course; retail shops; walking and biking trails; billiards; 24-hour on-call emergency and maintenance; controlled access gate; intrusion alarms; and postal services.

Who is Custom Corporates, Inc.?
Custom Corporates is known as the provider for finely appointed executive corporate housing and superior customer service.

What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate housing describes the beautifully appointed furnished home, ideal for the relocating and extended business executive. Custom Corporates takes leases on premium residential apartments and homes, add our custom or semi-custom furnishings and accessories, and “lease” the units to our guests.

What is the difference between an extended-stay hotel and corporate housing?
Custom Corporates offers a fully furnished residence that is more spacious than a hotel, with a private entrance, private telephone line with direct-dial access, separate living, dining and sleeping areas, and fully-equipped kitchen.
